It is almost impossible to avoid stretch mark during pregnancy. However, you can minimise the stretch mark by rubbing in creams and keeping your weight under control.

Stretch mark is the result of weight gain, and the abdomen is the area where gets most of the stretch mark. However, you can also get it on you breasts, upper arms, hips, thighs, and so on.

It is natural to gain a bit of weight during pregnancy. However, try to gain weight slowly and gradually because this is not only good for your baby, but also good for your skin.

Use organic sheer butter, cocoa butter, vitamin E cream from the early stages of pregnancy and all the way through it. Do not use creams contain too many chemicals and consult with your doctor if you have any doubts.

Drink at least 2 liters of water a day and eat lots fresh fruits to stay hydrated. Your skin will be more elastic so less chance for stretch marks.
