If you have some of the following signs, the labour is about to happen very soon:
More intense and more frequent Braxton Hicks contractions
Discharges from vagina become more mucous
Need to wee more frequently
Loose bowels
In the early labor, you may feel more regular and more intense painful contractions. You may also feel persistent abdominal pain. Since each person has different perception and response towards the pain, how they feel about the labor in the early stage is also different. You may not need to go to hospital when you are in the early labor. However, if your water breaks, or you feel baby's movement is a bit unusual, or you have any doubts, you need to talk to your midwives immediately.
