When should I detox my body?

You should detox your body whenever necessary. It is very difficult to have a nutritious and natural whole-food diet all the time. It is almost impossible to not to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in a party, not to mention how hard to resist a piece of yummy chocolate cake. Inevitably, we are getting all kind of toxins (e.g. sugar, fat, alcohol, chemicals, caffeine, etc) through our daily life.

To help our body mechanism to fix the toxic imbalance in our body, we need to detox as often as we can. You can start from simple things, such as drinking 2L water a day, which helps to flush the toxin out.

Having a hot bath with grated ginger or dead sea salts also helps detoxing.
