High grade dysplasia means malignant cells and possibile invasion to other cells. The treatment can be a surgery or follow-up biopsy surveillance. Both methods have its pros and cons, so you need to discuss with your gastroenterologist and thoracic surgeon thoroughly before making any decision. It is recommended to get second or third opinion from different doctors if you are diagnosed with high grade dysplasia.
