Anti-ageing creams have become a billion dollar industry, but facing those different brands with different price tags, which is the right one for you? The more expensive, the better effect? Unfortunately, non of the creams on the market are clinically proven to work the wonder as they claim to be. However, some prescription creams are proven to work according to Dr. Seckel (source: How to reverse facial ageing).

Retin-ATM contains tretinoin, and promotes growth of new epithelium and new collagen, which help remove fine lines and pigment. Both of TazoracTM and AvageTM contain tazarotine and can also promotes growth of new epithelium and collagen, improving the look of the skin.

For over the counter products, you can try EpiQuinTM (containing Retinols), but it only works when it is used with hydroquinone. As hydroquinone can remove pigment and lighten brown spots.

However, the above products can be irritating to your skin, so always check with your dermatologist.

For milder creams, you can try GlyquinTM which contains Alpha-hydroxy acids and glycolic acid which can improve fine lines. Or, Vitamin C SerumTM which contains Vitamin C ester and promotes collagen production.
