According to an study by the OCDE (Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development) the ranking of countries with the highest life expectancy is the following:
1. Japan: 86.4
2. Spain: 84.9
3. Switzerland: 84.6
4. France: 84.4
5. Australia: 83.9
6. Korea: 83.8
7. Israel: 83.5
8. Finland: 83.5
9. Sweden: 83.4
10. Iceland: 83.3
The USA is in the 25th place between Chile and the Czech Republic and with a life expectancy rate of 80.6 years.

I would like to know how can i build muscle faster and what are the things I'm doing wrong when weight lifting ? I'm 17 years old, I've been lifting weights for the past 8 months, I lift weights about every second day in a week ( a day in between for recovery ), I started of lifting 15 KG I'm currently on 31 KG.. I keep my training session under 1 hour no matter what. I drink 6 -8 glasses of water , 2 glasses of milk and eat about 4 meals which include proteins and carbohydrates. I take no supplements or steroids for that matter..
