BMI is the abbreviation for Body Mass Index. If your BMI is between 18.5 and 25, then you have a healthy weight. If your BMI is under 18.5, it means that you are underweight. If your BMI is over 25 but less than 30, it means you are overweight. If your BMI is over 30, it means you are obese.
