We age because the cells of our bodies die or are killed by something harmful we do to them. Among many causes of ageing, food is one of the most important factors. Sugar, alcohol, highly processed starches (e.g. potato chips), animal fats, barbecued and smoked meats, nitrate-containing or nitrite-containing foods (e.g. bacon), and charred meat and fish are bad for your health and can contribute to your facial ageing. Therefore, those food should be avoided in your daily meal plans.
Instead, try to include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetable in your diet. Carrots are a great source of vitamin A which can decrease and reverse the signs of skin ageing.
Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant and plays an important part in making the skin smooth and soft. So try the food that is rich in vitamin C such as red and green peppers, broccolis, cauliflowers, brussel sprouts, kiwi fruits, papayas, oranges, and dark leave greens.
Vitamin E can enhance the skin's protection against the harmful UV radiations. You can find the vitamin E in sunflower oil, olive oil, nuts, sunflower seeds, peanut butter, whole grains and etc.
