The original video game of Grand Theft Auto was created in 1997 by David Jones and Mike Dailly.
Jones and Dailly, later admitted in an interview how they were influenced and advised by PR guru Max Clifford in the creation of the first GTA.
Grand Theft Auto was later developed by brothers Dan and Sam Houser along with Zachary Clarke.
Rockstar Games has published the 10 video games of the GTA series.
