He was in talks with Spike Lee earlier in 2012, and Lee has publicly said that he would like to work with Snipes again when Snipes finishes his prison sentence, but no actual film has been named yet. Snipes himself has not announced any specific work he is planning, though he has made it clear that he wants to get straight back into his movie career. In 2011 he was talking about making a new Blade movie, but it hasn't been confirmed. He still has almost a year to serve before he is released in July 2013, so it's probably early for him to be getting into concrete plans.

Snipes is serving a three-year sentence for failing to send in any tax returns over a period of several years. He has always maintained that he is innocent and his accountant is to blame, but although he has appealed against his sentence several times, all appeals have been rejected.
