What's the most annoying speech of the Oscars ceremony ever?

For most people, the really annoying Oscar acceptance speech are the ones where the winner cries a lot (probably because we suspect - maybe unfairly - that the emotion is a bit faked?) In the 'top weepers' category some memorable entries include Kate Winslet, who positively howled through her speech in 2009; Sally Field, who also managed to gush 'You like me! You like me!' between sobs, or (my own personal favourite) Gwyneth Paltrow, weeping loudly over her Shakespeare in Love award while wearing a truly horrible pink dress. You can see some of these performances here.
Paltrow also makes the number one slot in this list, due to her over the top speech as well as the crying. Other very odd speeches have included one by Halle Barry, Jack Palance who ran out of things to say and started doing press-ups, and Tom Hanks, who gave the world a lecture on his 'wonderful gay teacher' at school - much to the annoyance of the teacher, who preferred to keep his private life private.
And this year there may be some new candidates!
