Use a soapy cloth to wipe the surface of the hob around the rings after every use. Switch off the electricity before clean the sealed plates. Clean the plates with a cream cleaner and a scouring pad, then apply a specialist hob polish (e.g. 4 Hob). Dismantle removable rings and wash them in hot soapy water. Remember always check manufacturer's manual.
