Question

I live in the UK but now I am in Jordan. Can I ask for a visa invitation from here? (I am from Poland but have lived in the UK for 3 years).

It's not clear from your question whether you are in Jordan and want to apply for a UK visa from there, or whether it's a Jordan visa that you want. If it's the former, as a Polish national you don't need a visa to stay in the UK. However, if you do need to make any checks the place to do this is the UK Border Agency.
If you are a Polish citizen who wants a visa to stay in Jordan, it shouldn't make any difference that you have been living in the UK for 3 years.

If you are in Jordan already, you must have already had a tourist or business or other entry visa, so are you looking to renew this or apply for a more permanent one? You should be able to find helpful information here. If you don't find the answers you need on these pages then you can contact the embassy directly.
