What are weight loss foods that I can eat to easy my hunger and at the same time lose weight?

The first thing to do if you want to lose weight is to get rid of any fizzy drinks, shop bought biscuits, crips and similar snacks you may have in the house. None of these foods will fill you, they just give you a brief high, and then after an hour or two your mood comes crashing down and you crave more salt, sugar and fat.

The next thing is to start changing your lifestyle. looking for 'superfoods' etc that will somehow help you to lose weight is of limited value. The main thing is to make a general switch from ready meals, fast food etc to home made. I never had a weight problem again after I made one simple promise: that the only cakes, biscuits etc I had in the house would be ones I made myself. In the same way, if you really fancy a pizza, fish and chips etc, why not try making them yourself, using less fat or oil and including a few more vegetables? You soon find, when you experiment with cooking different foods, that fruit, vegetables, lean meat etc can be so delicious you really want to eat them.
