You are what you eat, and so does your skin!
There are many books on healthy eating, anti-ageing diets and antioxidants, but which one is right? which one should you follow? Don't worry, we have summarised the general but critical guidelines for you.

  • Drink 10 glasses of water per day
  • Drink less alcohol
  • Eat less refined sugar
  • Eat fewer hydrogenated fats and animal fats
  • Eat more fibre (e.g. wholemeal bread, nuts, seeds)
  • Eat more soy products (e.g. tofu)
  • Eat more cold water fish (e.g. salmon)
  • Eat more cruciferous vegetables (e.g. cauliflower, broccoli)
  • Eat more vitamin C rich fruits (e.g. oranges)
