It depends on the material of the trainers. If they are made of leather, you can not wash it with normal washing liquid. Use a clean cloth dipped in warm water, gently wipe the dirty off the shoes. Followed with a soft dry cloth to dry the shoes immediately. You can use dry shampoo to clean the inside of the shoes.

If the trainers are made of neon, you can put them in a washing net and wash at 30^oC. However, do not tumble dry them.
