If I understand your question, you are asking if there is anything for Mitt Romney to say, after the American public made it clear that they preferred Barack Obama?
He may be about to give his own answer to that question, as he has just announced that he will be giving a talk on Fox News on 3 March 2013.
This will be the first big speech from Romney since he lost the election in November 2012. After the election Romney seemed to imply that Obama had only won by
promising favours to black and Latino voters, which annoyed very many
Americans; and since then, his public profile has been low.
On the famously right wing Fox News he can be sure that whatever he says, it will get a sympathetic hearing. He is going to speak at a Conservative Action event as well a couple of weeks after that, so it looks as if he does have something he wants to say. However, the public in general have shown little interest, and the Republican party are busy looking for a new candidate.
