Can pregnant women eat ricotta?

If the ricota is made from pasteurized milk, then its safe to eat. Other cheese like goats' cheese, cottage cheese, mozzarella, paneer, halloumi, feta, cream cheese are all ok as long as they are made from pasteurized milk.

Mould-ripened soft cheese and soft blue-veined cheeses are a definite no as they contain bacteria that can cause miscarriage or still birth. For more, check here.
