Basically you should avoid any food that can cause food poison or harm your unborn baby.

Because of the potential risk of causing listeriosis, you should avoid all soft, mould ripened cheese such as Brie, blue Brie, Cambozola, Chaumes, Camembert, etc; blue-veined cheese such as Bavarian blue, blue Shropshire, blue Wensleydale, dolcelatte, Stilton, etc, and all unpasteurized cheeses such as fontina.

Unpasteurised mill (raw milk), including cow, goat and sheep's milk, can cause salmonellosis, toxoplasmosis, brucellosis, so don't eat those milk and products made from them during pregnancy.

To reduce the risk of Salmonella food poisoning, you should also avoid foods containing raw eggs or undercooked eggs. For example, ice-cream containing egg white or york, homemade mayonnaise, mousses, uncooked cheesecakes, undercooked omelettes, soft boiled eggs, and etc.

Liver and liver based products, such as liver sausages and pates, contain high level of retool (i.e. A form of vitamin A) considered harmful to unborn babies. So do not eat those while you are pregnant.

Raw and undercooked meat, including beef steaks, are not good for you and your unborn baby, so you need to avoid it.

You maybe a sushi lover, but unfortunately, you have to avoid all the raw or undercooked fish and shellfish. In addition to that, fish like shark, swordfish and marlin contain excessive levels of mercury, you need to avoid them even if they are throughly cooked.

Unwashed fruits and vegetable including pre-prepared bagged salads may cause toxoplasmosis, you need to make sure you wash them through it before use.

Limit your caffeine intake to 200mg a day, as too much caffeine can cause miscarriage, low weight baby, etc. Drink more water and fresh juice.

In addition to the above, it is also not good to eat cold items from delicatessen (e.g. Slices of meat pie, cold quiches, etc) and peanuts.
