How is the HPV test done?

The HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) test is done using the sample of cells taken during a screen test. So if you book a cervical screening appointment from your doctor, you can get HPV tested at the same time.
Since the samples need to be tested in a laboratory, you wont get results on the same day. Normally, results are sent to you in writing.

I keep my training session under 1 hour no matter what. I drink 6 -8 glasses of water , 2 glasses of milk and eat about 4 meals which include proteins and carbohydrates. I take no supplements or steroids for that matter..
