When you are pregnant, you should avoid any sports where you might fall. For example, skiing, water skiing, horse riding, squash, and etc.

For the first 12 weeks, you should avoid any exercise that makes you overheat. Whatever exercise you do, you should not let your heart rate go above 140 beats/minute. Do not over doing, do not exhaust yourself: Bad for both you and your baby.

As you bump grows bigger, you should avoid exercise that involves staying in one place or laying on your back for a long period, as it may reduce the blood flow to your baby.

High impact exercise such as jogging and tennis should avoid in the late 12 weeks of pregnancy, as it can increase the strain on pelvic floor.

Do not swim in cold water, and also stop swimming and aqua-natual exercises when your waters have broken.
