If you have had a caesarian, your doctor or other health professional will usually advise you to wait a year before you try to conceive another child. In a c-section you will be left with a scar, which should normally heal after three months. However, it will heal better if it's left for longer. Especially if you want to have an ordinary birth with your next child, there is a slight risk that the scar could tear unless it is absolutely healed. There can also be problems with the placenta which mean that a longer wait is a good idea.
In addition, women who have had a caesarian often report being left exhausted, even more so than from an ordinary birth - it is major surgery after all. At the very least, professionals would urge you to wait at least six months if you really can't wait a year.
